Gearing up for Macau Marathon... well, half marathon for me...

Alright... less than 40 days to go... and I'm only at 5km :( Still a long way for me to catch up with the pace and distance required. I thought running with the iPod nano will be less boring and at the same time, propel me a bit more but that's not the case... I'm still not finding enough motivation to run... Maybe the song selection isn't good enough... Arghh... really need to kick myself harder!

Need to buck and stop lazing after work!!

6 years after I ran my first half marathon, here I am doing it again! This time in the Sin City of Asia - Macau.

The run will be held on the 6th of December, on a Sunday morning at 6am!

It'll be my first 'competitive' run in a foreign country, and in a weather condition that I'm totally unfamiliar with... it's going to be the beginning of winter in Macau, and the temperature is estimated to be around 18 degree celcius... hmm... let's hope I can make it round the little island.

Need to step up on my training routine! Go! Go! Go!
